A Spring Exchange and Happy Easter!!

Recently, Lainey hosted a Spring Exchange.  18 stitchers signed up to participate.  Now that the exchange is complete, everyone has received their packages, we can reveal our goodies.  If you wish to see all the wonderful exchange pieces, then please visit  Stitched With Love Exchanges, a blog that Lainey has now set up for this and future exchanges.  Our instructions were to include one stitched item along with five other goodies.

  I was paired with the lovely Sarah of Craftymoo.  In addition to the stitched piece (a pattern by Niky's Creations), I included some fabrics, a bundle of beads, buttons and pins, and a notepad.  Sarah also loves cows.  Normally I see a lot of cow related items, but this time I had to look and look.  Eventually, I found a cute little tin cow - he looks like you might be able to put a tea lite in him, or other small goodies (maybe an ort cow?) I also sent along some cow shaped chocolates from our local Swiss Chocolatier (yes, he really is from Switzerland!)

 

Sarah really spoiled me!  She didn't send one, not even two, but three adorable stitched pieces!!  I loved the striped wrapping she used.

Here is everything.  Funny, she sent me Swiss chocolates too!  Some adorable note cards, lovely silk threads, and some great fabrics.  Look at that adorable little silver bird ornament - how cute!!  I have it hanging where I can see it everyday!

And she included these two hanging pinkeeps!  I love the spring colors and the cute fabrics she used on the back.
